In the run up to 2010 so much emphasis is being placed on
implementing – or stepping up – customer service in our
country. South Africa will be hosting a cultural cocktail of
tourists from various soccer-loving countries, and local tourism
bodies are encouraging our industry to start investing in that
‘Welcome smile’.
For some of us though, customer gratification
and impeccable service standards have already become the
status quo. In the 2008 tourism award season, Court Classique
Suite Hotel Pretoria has once again proven that we are a hard
act to follow. Not only were we voted 'Best Hotel in Pretoria'
by the 2008 Tshwane Tourism Awards, but we also won the
category 'Best All-Suite Hotel in South Africa' at the 2008 AA
Travel Awards!
We are equally proud of the three star Sentinel
Executive Apartment Hotel that made it to finalist status in the
2008 AA Travel Awards.
